Jim is the best! Decided to move my vehicle service to Jacksons and first visit was outstanding. Fair pricing and good old fashioned customer service. I was in a pickle while they serviced my truck. I needed to get back home to babysit my grandchildren and Jim loaned me the loaner car for the night. Appreciate the gesture for sure. It’s great to see this kind of customer service.
